      All Tech Check issues are completed within 5 business days. I always aim to deliver sooner when possible.
    • What if you can't fix my problem?
      If I discover it requires a full system rebuild rather than a quick fix, I'll let you know immediately and we can discuss a separate project. You won't be charged for issues outside the Tech Check scope.
    • Do you work with all platforms?
      I specialize in ThriveCart, Kit (ConvertKit), Make.com, Airtable, Squarespace, most course platforms, and core Google Drive Tools. If you're unsure, just ask!
    • Will you show me how you fixed it?
      Most clients just want it working, not a tutorial. You'll get a video confirmation that shows your system is functioning properly, not a step-by-step breakdown of the fix. But if it's something you'd want, toggle that bump offer.
    • What if my issue is too big for Tech Check?
      If your request turns out to be a full system setup or complex build rather than a quick fix, I'll let you know right away and offer you three options:
      ・Refund your payment minus processing fees
      ・Apply the full $197 as a credit toward a custom project quote
      ・Hold your Tech Check credit for up to 3 months until you have a qualifying issue
